Returns Policy
Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. In those cases, Turgla Home will cover the return shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process the return after it is received. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

We ship orders throughout the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $99 or more.
